EUREKA/CELTIC WIN-HPN

(Wireless INtelligent – Hospital Premises Network). Development of telecommunication applications and services. Design, development, integration and validation of the necessary system components towards the next generation wireless, context–aware, intelligent and multimodal hospital premises networks and equipment. The WIN-HPN system senses information from the environment, in order to perceive and reason on the context of use. Contextual information is then used to automatically adapt the behaviour of health-care services.
